Went to Court in the morning of my Birthday

现在是凌晨12点55分。
写的时候，我已经22岁又一天了。
今年的生日，还蛮多姿多彩，有道是生不入官门，死不入地狱。
结果一大早就要上法庭。。。
故事是这样的，去年十一月我收到一封律师信，事由我涉嫌打家劫舍。。。
不不不。。。不要天真，打家劫舍的人不写部落格的（也许？^^）。

那是04年年头的一宗车祸，我驾摩托车把人撞飞了，看过我的人应该都知道我的左手有道永不能磨灭的疤（这是看得到的，看不到的在。。。腿上啦！）
我道是把传票给偿还了就没事了结果5年后要上法庭，所以那时候我寝食难安一个礼拜左右的时间。

第一封信告诉我09年2月3号上庭，结果在1月尾我收到第二封信说展延要5月28号，老子22岁生日那天。。。
好，也罢。

信里说早上9点，结果我昨天收到律师的电话说10点45分才过去，因为他早上有别的案件需要在别的法庭解决。我的案件，11点开庭。
好，也罢。

10点40分，如果我没有打给他，他大概也不会给我打电话，我的律师说，我刚刚结束，从法庭出来，你等我20分钟就到了。
好，我等。

11点，时间到，没有人来，电话也没响。
好，再等。

11点11分，我无意中看到了手机上的时间，笑了一下。

11点11分，又再无意中（真的。。。）看了车上的时间，再笑了一下。
*注：我车的时间跟2架手机的时间差大概5分钟。

11点20分，
还在等着。

11点30分，
依然在等着。

11点40分，
我热了。（这里的热读成ze比较有感觉）

这期间我不停的给我的律师拨电话，结果没人接听。
所以我是越来越热的。
然后我起傻（ki siao）了，我打给另一个我之前见过面的律师，好像是头衔比较大的。
然后我。。。
然后。。。
这样那样。。。
我得到的答案是你再等下一封信吧。
？？？

表傻，哈哈，我其实raise my volume and talk to the lawyer。
激动之处，有几句很经典的我想跟大家分享。

First, my English is poor, so “ai kua mai tulan”, this is my style.

“I’m not very free you know? I take leave and not working today just wants to attend the court, then I can’t contact my lawyer and you want me to go home now?”
因为12点的时候那另外一个说接待我案件的律师还在那一个法庭，不能出来，所以没接电话，最后他们用短信联系上的。
“Okay, then why your guy told me that he will arrive here in 20 minutes? This is so not professional and not taking responsibility!”
然后，我无法上庭的原因，因为the judge on leave…
“Okay, who should take the responsibility in this incident?”
“The judge”. 他回答我，firmly.
然后我笑了，因为我“不能做半样”。(beh cho pua hang)
“I don’t care, what I concern is, I’m just a normal citizen that involve in a court case, and what I want is settle it now, TODAY. I will worry if I can’t settle it, I don’t want this, and I want it to be solved.”
因为他叫我回家等下一张信。

其实讲到这里，我也知道我不能改变什么，唯有等，但我很庆幸我是卖东西的，Customer Care这东西我了解很多，我知道死穴是什么，那就是道理，有道理，你就立于不败之地，别说什么Customer is always right, this is bull shit. 有道理的商家绝对不买无理取闹的客人的帐。最后，别人他们拖你，“你再等一下”，“我等下告诉你”，一定跟他们拿一个保证，就算是逼人太甚也要。
所以我最后说，”I want a solution, I can wait, but I know even you can’t confirm to me that next time the thing like this won’t happen again, so what if next time this happen again?”
他只好说，”Then you write us a letter that you already attend the court so many times and no times to come again, so we will settle the rest and you no need to attend again.”
我知道，这不代表什么，但是，至少这还是些什么。

朋友，奉劝大家千万别惹上官司。。。
